First World War crested china by WH Goss in the form of a side plate painted with a comical ‘Recipe’ entitled ‘TO COOK A GERMAN’. The plate is of white china with a gilt edge.
The recipe is painted to the centre of the plate with flags of the allied nations around the circumference. The plate has the W.H.Goss stamp to the reverse.
